Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime
- No refund for already delivered orders
- Remaining deliveries may be adjusted as per policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items

24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳೊಳಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

- Delivery is usually completed within 4 hours of harvest.
- Default delivery is Sunday morning (for subscriptions).
- Delivery times may change due to weather or local conditions.

- ತರಕಾರಿ ಕಟಾವು ಆದ ನಂತರ 4 ಗಂಟೆಗಳೊಳಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆ.
- ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆ.
